I like the top loading machine. It has been working for me for many years and during this time it has gone through a lot, because of old age I am going to buy a new one, also with vertical loading. What’s convenient about such a machine is that without draining the water, you can pause the program and add things if you suddenly forget something, or vice versa, you didn’t check your pocket, turned it on, remembered that there was money in it... you can stop it and take it out without any problems. The only thing that’s not encouraging is that the price of machines with such loading does not drop at all, unlike front-loading washing machines.

This is my second top-loading machine. I have to take it because of its size. Both machines are the simplest from Indesit. It’s convenient to throw in laundry without having to bend your back. There are enough washing programs.

The machine was generally not bad at washing, but it quickly broke down. What I didn’t like about vertical loading was that after opening the lid, water from the powder receptacle flows directly into the drum and onto the rubber band. Overall, the model can only be given 3 points; if it had worked longer, I would have given 4.

The technician arrived and measured everything, but it didn’t seem to him that the car was noisy, and the device showed the noise level within acceptable limits.

Then he told me tales for a long time about how all verticals work like this, that this is normal and that I should just get used to it. Then he packed up and left, and I, taken aback, was left alone with my purchase. I don’t like to give up, so I wrote a claim to AEG and will wait for an answer.
